Woman seriously injured in single vehicle rollover near Southey, Sask. – Regina | The Canadian News

A woman is fighting for her life after a car accident Tuesday afternoon.

The Southey RCMP was called in for the accident around 4:45 p.m. on Highway 6, north of Southey.

Police say the vehicle was traveling north on the highway when it suddenly veered off the road and rolled over. The 53-year-old driver was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Police believe alcohol was not a factor, but the investigation continues.
