Windsor police have issue a missing person alert for a Windsor man who has not been seen since Friday evening.
Richard Cabanaw, 37, was last seen on Friday around 7 pm in the area of the 800 block of University Ave. E. Both his family and police are concerned for his well-being.
Cabanaw was last known to be wearing an orange and black jacket, black shoes and black backpack.
He is described as being six feet tall, 190 lbs. and is bald.
