This Monday, December 6, 2021, the Constitution is 43 years old. We thus commemorate its approval by referendum of Spanish citizens, after having suffered a dictatorship of nearly 40 years. The first time this democratic event was commemorated it was not yet a current norm, But it was over and ready to rule Spanish politics, which happened on December 29 of that year, after its publication in the BOE.
