Quite a challenge to bring nurses back to the public

 

Faced with the difficulties facing the health system, exacerbated by the pandemic, it is quite a challenge for the Minister of Health Christian Dubé, to make nurses happier in the public sector.

Minister Christian Dubé will announce on Thursday a set of measures to improve the well-being at work of nurses in the public sector.

“The first step is definitely to keep those that are there,” argued pharmacist Diane Lamarre on the airwaves of LCN.

Concrete measures are expected, such as new evening and night sequences, in order to free up some time for healthcare workers.
