What it is: Luxury hair care brand Oribe has launched a new fragrance collection.
Among the three scents is Côte d’Azur, the brand’s signature scent featured among its product lines and introduced as a standalone eau de parfum in 2014.
The two new eau de parfums in the fragrance expansion include Valley of Flowers, with notes of sparkling grapefruit, Italian bergamot, Bulgarian rose, jasmine and amber, and Desertland, with notes of juniper, lavender, pine and Texas cedar wood. .
“Fragrances transport the user to dream destinations, which awaken a special feeling for a true sensory experience,” says the company of gender-neutral fragrances.
In addition to the element of luxury, the trio of fragrances is bottled in France by a glazier in Normandy. Each features a custom resin cap inspired by “modern and old world techniques.”
What we say: Oribe fans will likely flock to the tried and true Côte d’Azur; after all, it is the brand’s ‘it’ fragrance.
While she certainly enjoyed the Côte d’Azur offering, it was the fragrance of the Valley of Flowers that brought her back for a daily dew.
The scent is fabulously floral, with top notes of peony, jasmine, and rose. Together with the warm base of amber, musk and woody notes, the aroma is a delicious mix. And the bottles, with their elegant ornaments that resemble natural stone, are sure to make a nice addition to one’s fragrance collection as well.
