Who is Michelin Guide worthy in Toronto? Join the debate here

Toronto is now a Michelin Guide city and that means even more reason to celebrate some of our favorite hot spots — or maybe even a few hidden gyms.

It’s the first Canadian city to be added to Michelin’s roster, which includes more than 30 countries around the globe. Considered the Holy Grail for chefs, the guide rates restaurants with a system that starts at one star and tops out at three.

So, the gloves are off. The flame’s been lit. And, it’s time to add some sizzle to the big question: Who is worthy of the honor in Toronto?

Alo over Scaramouche? Edulis over Kaiseki Yu-zen Hashimoto? Maybe it’s Sushi Masaki Saito but not Kaji?

Or, maybe they should all get the tap?
