It takes place on Saturday starting at 9 am at Assumption Park on the riverbank.

“Join us as an individual, create a team or join an existing team, the choice is yours,” said Bob Cameron, Director of RE / ACT Windsor-Essex. The program is a 12-week hybrid outpatient program that helps people recover from personal trauma and addiction and reclaim their lives. There is no fee to participate in the program, an initiative of the Downtown Windsor Community Collaboration.

Rain or shine, the walk will still be held to help raise money for the outpatient program.

Participants are asked to check in starting at 8 am at the Assumption Park pavilion. Registration for the walk costs $ 25 per adult, while children are free. Participants can register online at www.reactwindsor.ca .
