Edmonton police responded to a home in the city’s King Edward Park neighborhood Sunday morning after an undisclosed incident that sent two people to the hospital.

Three police cars remained outside a police tape cordon surrounding 7902 81 Ave. Sunday afternoon when the first snow of the season covered the city.

At around 9:30 a.m. Sunday, ambulance teams were called to the home and transported two patients in their 30s to the hospital in serious but stable condition.

Postmedia contacted Edmonton police for more information, but received no response.

The one-story gray house, with teal steps and entry moldings, sits on a corner lot across an alley from a nursery. A BMW and a pickup truck were parked on the street in front of the house.
