Three people have been identified by police as victims in a fatal car crash and fire near Wheatley last month.
Essex County OPP said three people were killed March 13 when their vehicle struck a bridge embankment and subsequently caught fire on Mersea Road 8 near Wheatley.
The victims have been identified as 40-year-old Alexander Beleutz from Leamington; 41-year-old Michael Cabral from Chatham Kent; and 41-year-old Kamilla Lenart from Wheatley.
Paramedics and Leamington Fire Services attended the single-car crash and located the three deceased victims. Police have now concluded their investigation.
