Meanwhile, the infractions captured through the city’s technological systems will consist of reprimands, online courses, face-to-face awareness workshops and work in favor of the community, as appropriate to the penalty for enrollment points.
Also, a crane will only be used to send the vehicle to the vehicle depot (as long as the driver is not on board or refuses to remove it, immediately after the infraction has been imposed) when a car is parked on pedestrian paths, cycle paths exclusive, primary roads, there is restrictive signage, exclusive lanes, spaces for special services; in front of hydrants, services and ramps; double or more rows; at the entrance of a fire station and emergency vehicles.

It is also established that drivers of public passenger and cargo transport vehicles who do not respect the speed limits will be subject to a fine equivalent to 20, 25 or 30 times the current Measurement and Updating Unit (UMA).
This is equivalent to 1,924 pesos; 2,406 pesos and 2,867 pesos and 6 points to the driver’s license; or in the case of infractions captured through technological systems, it will be sanctioned with 1 to 5 points.
