To address the issues still pending, former PRI national presidents asked Alejandro Moreno for a new meeting.
“Since our meeting led to a series of pending issues that it is important to address as soon as possible, since they become relevant in the current political climate of our organization, such as the inclusive renewal of different deliberative political management bodies (…) We send you this communication in order to hold a new follow-up meeting”, quotes the two-paragraph letter addressed yesterday to the president of the National Executive Committee of the tricolor party.
“The meeting we held with you on June 14 served us to share our genuine concern about the current situation of our political institute,” was indicated in the letter signed by at least eight former PRI leaders.
