The opening of proceedings occurs with any complaint filed with the Prosecutor’s Office State General and does not necessarily imply that an action is investigated, rather it is produced almost automatically as a way of recording what is received, so it is not surprising that the file is produced a few hours after it is opened. In this case, the prosecutor of the Chief Criminal Chamber, Jose Javier Huetehas proceeded to open them and has designated the prosecutor Antonio Pablo Rivers.

The criminal proceedings with which the Public Ministry will determine if there is evidence of a crime to file a complaint include both the complaint filed with the High Court Prosecutor’s Office, the Secretary General of Manos Limpias, Michael Bernd, such as the one filed with the State Attorney General’s Office by the Deputy for Citizens Edmund Ballwho already after the meeting of the commission of official secrets, accused the spokesman for the Catalan Republicans of revealing state secrets.
