The PSC has returned, locals and strangers confirm, some euphoric, others resigned. It is a true statement, I would say that irrefutable, at least if one sticks to the electoral results. The Catalan socialists have passed, between the elections to the Parliament of 2017 and those of 2021, from fourth to first force (tied in seats with ERC). The change of headliner -Salvador Illa by Miquel Iceta- helped, as well as, above all, a completely different context.
