Section of King Street East in Kitchener closed for collision

Waterloo regional police have closed King Street East between Fairway Road and River Road due to a collision.

In a tweet police said the section of road will be closed in both directions for an investigation.

A Grand River Transit (GRT) route has also been impacted.

In a tweet, GRT advised riders of Route 206 iXpress Coronation of an emergency detour.
