Palacios stressed that once the property has been chosen to live in, it is necessary that the contract of lease have the following information to avoid fraud, misunderstandings or complications at the time of leasing:

- Conditions for renewal.
- Cancellation clauses and penalties.
- Rights and obligations of owner and tenant.
