Quebec Reports 451 New COVID-19 Cases, 4 Deaths As Hospitalizations Decline

A total of 422,242 infections have been confirmed in the province since the first was reported in February 2020.

Quebec also announced that four more deaths have been attributed to the virus, bringing the death toll in the province to 11,470.

The number of hospitalizations due to the virus now stands at 255 patients, a decrease from five. Of those patients, 68 are in intensive care.

On Friday, Quebec administered 9,580 doses of vaccine.

Since the beginning of its vaccination campaign, the province has received 14,045,495 doses of which it has administered 13,156,122.
