Kingston Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing male youth Michael McLellan Mercer, 13 years of age.
McLellan Mercer was last seen in the area of Portsmouth Avenue and Elmwood Street at approximately 12:00 am on March 15, 2022, however, his current whereabouts are unknown. He is known to frequent the area of Concession Street and Division Street as well as the Cataraqui Center in Kingston’s west end.
McLellan Mercer is described as Caucasian, 5’8”, 140 lbs, with brown hair. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black coat, white shoes and a black back pack.
