People are having trouble buying tickets from Live Nation’s $25 concert sale | News

Live Nation’s $25 concert sale is now underway, and people are scrambling to get tickets to see their favorite artists.

From May 4-10, the entertainment company will sell tickets to more than 3,700 shows for just $25 as part of its annual Concert Week. Concertgoers have the chance to see the Backstreet Boys, Shania Twain, Avril Lavigne, John Legend, Alicia Keys, the Wu-Tang Clan and more at bargain prices.

But it seems that the week has started with technical problems. Fans have been tweeting at Live Nation, complaining about glitches and bugs on the site.

“It does not work?” one person simply said.

Others say they keep getting error messages.

“I don’t know what’s going on, but I’ve tried to buy tickets for one of the 4x shows now, and it keeps giving me an ‘our evil’ error. This is nonsense,” another person responded to Live Nation.

Many say they don’t even see a $25 option for some concerts.

One person says their card was charged, despite not being able to get a ticket.

I was able to get tickets to see Haim, but it took several upgrades. At one point, I received a message that the number of tickets in my cart exceeded the limit for the event. The Ticketmaster page states that you can buy a maximum of eight tickets, and I only had three in my cart.

Others have also managed to get tickets.

“I think the server is overloaded right now,” one successful concertgoer comforted another.

Some people have been lucky enough to get tickets to multiple shows.

The deal is only available for one week while supplies last, and by the looks of it, stock could run out real quick.

Ticket sales begin May 4 at 10am EST/7am PST and end May 10. You can buy tickets here and check out the extensive list of concerts up for grabs here.
