Oriol Junqueras points to a phase change in the negotiation with the State

The president of ERC, Oriol Junqueras, addressed this Friday one of the thorny issues underlying the espionage scandal to dozens of independentistas and that is none other than its affectation to the dialogue between Condition and the Government, through the negotiating table. The Republican leader, at the New Economy Forum, Tribuna Catalunya, made a distinction between the concept of negotiation, the ‘Negotiation’, in capital letters, as a political instrument and what is still “a concretion of it”, that is, the negotiating table itself.
