NS Police Continue to Search for Answers in Unsolved Murder of Donnie Lohnes – Halifax | The Canadian News

The Nova Scotia Mounted Police continue to search for answers in the murder of Donnie Lohnes, who was killed a year ago.

Lohnes was attacked on October 25, 2020, near a home in Pine Grove, NS. He suffered serious injuries and died on November 1. His death was determined to be a homicide.

On Monday, police said investigators continue to believe there was another altercation that occurred on the same day that could be related to the homicide.

They said the altercation took place in the Dufferin Street area in Bridgewater on October 25, 2020, between 6 and 7 p.m.

According to a press release last year, the police have interviewed several witnesses, but more information is needed.
