But this is the last period that will close, being completely honest and doing a job of retrospect, we will have to go to the Mexicans. Initiatives of interested parties were convened to give priority to the Executive, and the work of the Commissions was slow and unobtrusive, and it was also a matter of political and technical decency.

When our legislators decide to be citizens, we are defenders and the voice of those who represent us, so we can never give up on the margins of our decisions. Each new period is the opportunity to regain the confidence of the Mexicans and that our legislative work is actually of use to our people.
