The National Commission of the Retirement Savings System (Consar) revealed that the website laaventurademivida.gob.mx obtained 37,989 visits during the third quarter. An increase of 86.5% compared to the same period last year.
The website provides savers with different informative and fun tools that support them in financial planning for different life projects and, in particular, for their retirement from work; details the Consar in its report for the third quarter of 2021 sent to the Congress of the Union.
The most visited sections on the Internet portal were:
- Life projects
- Infographics “My future with $ entido”
- Calculator to project the amount of a pension
In this sense, 118 savings plans were finalized on various projects. Among the most consulted plans are: buying a house (with 24 plans); buy a car (with 18 plans); and start a business (with 16 plans).
In the report, the agency maintains that financial and pension education occupies an important place in the Retirement Savings System, mainly because the issue of long-term savings seems distant and not very tangible among the Mexican population.
At the end of September, 8.1 million of the more than 70 million accounts made voluntary savings contributions with an average amount of 12,405 pesos.
In this tenor, during the third quarter During the year, the government agency held 12 informative talks on the SAR. Also, from August 17 to 24, more than 40,000 spots and 333 hours were broadcast on the reform of the SAR Law.
