A male was rushed to hospital in critical condition after being shot in Mississauga Tuesday afternoon.
Peel Regional Police say the male was rushed to a hospital after a shooting in the Creditview-Britannia Rds. area at about 3:08 pm
“There was one victim who was injured in the incident,” said Peel Regional Police spokesperson Mandeep Khatra.
“The update on his injuries is that he still remains in critical condition at the hospital.”
Police say an unknown number of suspects fled the area.
“We do not have any suspect information to provide at this time. All we can say is that the suspects fled the scene quickly after the incident occurred,” said Khatra.
