The defense of Alberto Luceño, investigated with Luis Medina for the hit of 6.1 million euros in the sale of sanitary material to the Madrid City Council, has informed the judge that can not face the four million bail that the magistrate imposed on him yesterday.

“In case of not paying the bail in forty-eight hours, seize the assets that are in the name of the aforementioned as well as the merchant,” said the judge’s order.
Does not face the bail
“By means of this document, very respectfully, we come to inform the Honorable Judge of the impossibility of Mr. Luceño to meet the bail imposed, without prejudice to the assets and balances in current accounts already seized, although, as soon as assets are available, the request will be attended to”, points out in his writing the defense of Luceño.
