Inditex will have record profits

Inditex will present this Wednesday the best results for a third quarter in its entire history. The growth in earnings will be accompanied by the increase in sales that the firm is able to translate into profit. A gross margin of 61.5% is expected, the highest since 2013. The forecast is for it to moderate again in the coming quarters below 60 percent.

JP Morgan predicts an EBITDA margin of 23%, 170 basis points more than the same period of the previous year, affected by the closure of stores.
