Carrots, morels, oyster mushrooms, chanterelles, eggplants, acorn squash: the last period of MTL at the table 2021 takes advantage of the current abundance of harvests to highlight the autumnal terroir. Until October 11, theOff-trail edition of the event, which was divided this year into three periods according to the seasonality of the products since June, offers menus concocted from local and seasonal products.

The menus of the participating addresses have therefore been updated, and around thirty new restaurants have joined the adventure since the beginning of September, redesigning their menu specifically for MTL à table.

Launched by Tourisme Montréal, the Hors Trails edition encourages Quebecers to discover new addresses and to travel through the lively and gourmet neighborhoods of Montreal, especially after the difficult year experienced by restaurant owners. The 2021 edition of MTL à table also wanted to discover the Quebec terroir in all its diversity.

The new Discoveries Program was also launched, in collaboration with the Société des alcools du Québec (SAQ), allowing you to accumulate forks with each visit to a restaurant and win numerous prizes, including SAQ gift cards. , gift credits in restaurants, as well as the Flavors and Discoveries Package.
