With this reinforcement of professionals, the aim is to improve the “shopping experience” for the customer, according to the company. The management has foreseen that the new temporary jobs will be enabled for also temporary functions, such as the packaging of gifts, and other auxiliary tasks.

To incorporate these professionals into commercial activity, the company has developed a training program that will allow them to adapt to the sales and customer service functions entrusted to them. The new staff must cover a wide range of services that are added to the usual ones of the company and that will make it possible to maintain “a differentiating feature” throughout the Christmas season, according to El Corte Inglés.
