The homicide unit is investigating the death of a man found injured in the inner-city Sunday.
Police were called to a weapons complaint in the area of Kingsway mall and the Royal Alex hospital — near 105 Street and 111 Ave — about 11:30 am Sunday.
An injured man was found in the area and taken to hospital where he died of his injuries.
An autopsy is scheduled to be completed Wednesday, May 4.
