According to data from Federal Center for Labor Conciliation and Registration (CFCRL) union organizations with the Unique Union of Electrical Workers of the Mexican Republic (SUTERM) will carry out the legitimation of 200 contracts, Sociedad Itsmeña Desarrollo Eólico, this process will take place on December 7.

Also, the National Union of Chemical, Petrochemical, Carbochemical, Energy and Gas Industry Workers, will put 12 contracts into the voting process on December 12 with the company Castlight de Mexico.

One more is the Industrial Union of Workers CTM which will legitimize 22 collective bargaining agreements with the company New Wal Mart de México, whose process will also be on December 12.

Despite this, “the percentage of contract legitimations is still very low, if it is considered that the authority identified between 500 and 550,000 collective labor contracts throughout the country, one percent of legitimations has not yet been reached,” he commented.
