Ontario Medical Director of Health Dr. Kieran Moore explained why he is advising people to keep holiday gatherings small on Friday, when large events such as sports games are allowed. Moore said he is “confident” in his ventilation and vaccine verification systems, but in face-to-face meetings, not everyone can be vaccinated, hence the recommended limit of 25 people.
