The Starting Over singer earned four honors, including Album of the Year and Male Artist of the Year, while Combs earned the big trophy of the night for Artist of the Year.

There were also multiple wins for Kelsea Ballerini, who garnered pre-ceremony awards for Video of the Year and Music Event of the Year, both for her collaboration with Kenny Chesney, Half of My Hometown.

Miranda Lambert celebrated her 38th birthday by opening the 55th annual CMA Awards with a mix of successes.

The country star donned a blue jumpsuit with red fringes as she ripped apart with her 2005 hit Kerosene, and followed it up with 2019’s Mama’s Broken Heart and Bluebird.
