China asks its parastatals to reduce energy consumption to achieve carbon targets

Centrally-owned Chinese state-owned enterprises will need to reduce their energy consumption for every 10,000 yuan ($ 1,570) of production value by 2025 by up to one 15% below 2020 levelssaid the regulator.
