Budgets are a microclimate, by Josep Maria Fonalleras

Jéssica Albiach has said that the budgets “are not about independence”, but rather “about Catalonia and making life easier for Catalans.” Leaving aside a grammatical question (this spurious “ir + de + nombre & rdquor;) Albiach she’s right and she’s wrong at the same time. The budgets are for himself who can and go from huge amounts of small print that define a certain policy, yes, but at the same time they go from flexible papers that keep the ultimate essence inside them, beyond ideologies: be approved. Budgets are born to be approved. If not, the ebb of the wave that causes its sinking is of such magnitude that the thing, later, is about independence or tell it as you want, because budgets are also a microclimate in which tropical storms are generated. They go from all this that Albiach says and they go from the opposite. Considering the pact with the ‘commons’, I do not seem to appreciate a step backwards in the national struggle or a decisive step in favor of the class struggle. Another thing is how the fragile fabric that shelters the Government will come apart (or not), if the threads of the seam will give way, if the tearing of the garments will be a pantomime or a tragedy.
