The Barcelona City Council has activated this Sunday morning the alert phase of the municipal emergency plan in anticipation of strong gusts of wind. The Barcelona Bombers have carried out until 11.15 am this Sunday about twenty services related to the wind episode, the City Council reported in a statement.
