A woman was shot near downtown Calgary Monday night, according to police.
At around 9:19 p.m., officers responded to a home near 300 Riverfront Avenue in the Eau Claire neighborhood.
When the police arrived, they found a woman with a gunshot wound to the leg.
EMS said the woman in her 30s was taken to hospital where she remains in a stable, non-life threatening condition.
No other information was provided.
