Waterloo man charged in Windsor with breaking and entering, second suspect wanted

Windsor Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect after a hiatus and entering the center last week.

At around 5 p.m. Thursday, two suspected adult men entered a building in the 100 block of Ouellette Avenue, stole several items from two businesses, and fled the area.

Police identified one of the suspects Saturday and arrested him Sunday without incident in the 900 block of Ouellette.

Michael Szinegh, 40, of Waterloo, is charged with two counts of breaking and entering and theft and possession of stolen property.

The second suspect is still pending. He is described as a man, bald and with a thin complexion. He was wearing a red jacket, blue jeans, black shoes, and a black face mask.
