The Conservative MP for the Lévis-Lotbinière riding, Jacques Gourde made all the MPs in Ottawa laugh with his last emotional statement on Thursday afternoon.
Surprised by Mr. Gourde’s intonation, Liberal Carla Qualtrough simply started laughing like all the other members of the House of Commons.
“I sat for many years with Jacques Gourde and I am always amazed because he is re-elected and re-elected. This kind of behavior must really please this riding,” said Thomas Mulcair.
“It makes no sense,” says Elsie Lefebvre.
