The health authorities of Mexico will begin to apply as of this Thursday the Covid-19 vaccine to children over 12 years of age, said Tuesday morning the undersecretary of Health, Hugo Lopez-Gatell.

The Government announced two weeks ago that it had requested doses through the WHO multilateral mechanism, COVAX, to initiate the immunization of all children in the country, after previously administering the biological to minors with chronic diseases and adolescents between 15 and 17 years.
