A source close to Sudeikis says vanity fair, “Documents were drawn up to establish jurisdiction in relation to the children of Mrs. Wilde and Mr. Sudeikis. Mr. Sudeikis had no prior knowledge of the time or place the envelope would have been delivered, as this would be solely up to the litigation services company involved and he would never approve of it being delivered to him in such an inappropriate manner.”

Wilde is currently in a romantic relationship with Styles, whom she met on the set of do not worry honeyand has been separated from Sudeikis since November 2020. Her engagement to Sudeikis lasted almost seven years.
