Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba called on Thursday for Turkey be “one of the guarantors” of an eventual agreement with Russia, announced his Turkish counterpart, Mevlut Cavusoglu, who is visiting the Ukrainian city of Lviv.

“Ukraine has made an offer on the collective security agreement: P5 [los cinco miembros permanentes del Consejo de Seguridad]plus Turkey and Germany,” Cavusoglu said.

Erdoğan He also insisted on “the need to open humanitarian corridors” so that civilians can leave the combat zones, the Turkish presidency explained in a statement.
