Ukraine agrees to open nine humanitarian corridors


The Ukrainian authorities announced this Friday agreements to open nine humanitarian corridors to proceed with the evacuation of civilians, within the framework of the Russian invasion that began on February 24.

As reported by the deputy prime minister from Ukraine, Irina Vereshchukon Telegram and Facebook, civilians will be able to move from Mariupol, Berdyansk, Tokmak and Energodar to Zaporizhiain their own transports.

For their part, they can go to Bakhmut from Severodonetsk, Lisichansk, Popasna, Hirske and Rubizhnein transport authorized by the authorities.

Vereshchuk has warned that humanitarian corridors in Lugansk will work in case Russian forces “stop bombing”.
