Three people targeted by ten shots in Laval


Two suspects opened fire a dozen times in the direction of three people, Monday afternoon, in front of low-rent housing in the Chomedey district, in Laval. Miraculously, no one was injured.

The crime was perpetrated around 2:30 p.m. on Avenue Dumouchel, not far from Boulevard Le Corbusier.

According to our information, two suspects fired ten times in the direction of three individuals who were outside, but did not hit anyone.

Dispatched to the scene, the police quickly erected a security perimeter to secure the crime scene.

A dog handler was also requested on the spot to try to find evidence that could have been left on the scene by the suspects.

The perpetrators of the shooting fled after the crime and had still not been located by late afternoon.

This was another gun violence event to occur in Laval in the space of just a few hours.

Recall that on the night of Saturday to Sunday, a 28-year-old man who was in his car was murdered after it was riddled with bullets. A 14-year-old boy who was seated in the vehicle was also shot and injured during this incident.
