Three men have been arrested by the National Police as presumed responsible for a gang rape to a woman who was intoxicated on the Malagueta beachin Malaga capital.
Police sources have informed EFE that the detainees, 19, 30 and 31 yearsThey are accused of sexual assault and robbery with violence and intimidation.
The news is reported this Tuesday by the newspaper SUR, which indicates that the events took place at four in the morning from Sunday to Monday and that it was an individual who warned that he had seen a very drunk woman who could be being sexually coerced.
The agents surprised the three men around the victim, who was released and when they were stopped, one of them was carrying the woman’s belongings.
According to the investigations the woman was having a few beers with a couple who left at a certain pointso she was left alone in the establishment.
