An entrepreneur has decided to combine the rise of delivery (home sales) with the consumption of “legal marijuana CBD”. The result is a company with an explicit name: Telecanute. “It reaches you in 30 minutes, without leaving your home”, promises the publicity that the company that has distributed in Valencia. Rafael Jimenez, its promoter, explains to EL ESPAÑOL how he manages to navigate in this world of legal loopholes. “I buy in Italy, because it cannot be produced here, and I sell it as an aromatic or collector’s product”, reports.
The aforementioned pamphlet offers “different types of varieties”. Another obstacle that the promoter of Telecanuto finds is that “Spanish legislation allows it to be planted but not manipulated”. “We cannot cut the leaves or prepare the product. If we planted it we would have to sell the whole plants. That is why we decided to import it from Italy or Switzerland, where it is allowed to manipulate it,” he explains. “It comes to us manipulated and with the certification that it does not exceed the limit of 0.2% THC, and we sell it,” he adds.

“The customer can show the invoice to prove that it is a legal product”, says Jiménez, who assures that his marijuana is having “a very good reception in Valencia”. “We are sweeping. We perceive that people like it”, underlines this businessman with a past in the sector of the sale of vehicles. However, he prefers not to disclose his sales figures.
The good progress of his initiative makes him consider expansion to other places such as Galicia, their land of origin. There, as he explains, he is the president of a CBD business association that plays with the name Galicia Quality to associate the brand created in autonomy with the quality of its marijuana.

The page itself warns that it is having more demand than supply. “All our products are subject to availability. They are qualities with very limited productions”, they alert.
