This Monday, February 7th, the National Housing Dayso we present some graphs on the housing situation in Mexico, where there are about 33 million people in housing lagwhich are concentrated in 8.5 million households throughout the country.
For the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (INEGI), houses in Mexico are more than simple built spaces, since by containing multiple meanings and approaches, their construction generates investment, employment and enables development.
In Mexico, there are about 35.3 million inhabited dwellings, of which 97.8% represent a single household and only 2.2% two or more households.
