According to IMCO figures, the lowest paid careers in Mexico are: educational guidance, teacher training, social work, foreign languages, physical rehabilitation, criminology, and agricultural and livestock production.
In these careers, the average monthly salary is less than 11,000 pesos. Some of these careers are also among those with the highest unemployment rates.
