This friendly culinary web series offered on Cuisinez, the Télé-Québec platform, has just landed on TV5MondePlus in 150 countries and 25 languages. Its concept in a few words? Imagine that a competitor Chiefs! completely misses his recipe and we ask Christian Bégin, Chef Oli (Olivier Louissaint) and Chloée Deblois (The week of the 4 Julies, Fridays OD) to save furniture in 10 minutes by offering gourmet and anti-waste solutions. Common mistakes our trio has to deal with include chili that’s too spicy, pasta that’s overcooked, hummus that’s too runny, steak that’s too cooked, and béchamel that’s too thick.

Motel Paradise

Originally presented on Club illico in 2022, this genre series co-written and directed by Sophie Deraspe (Black beast, Antigone) paints the portrait of a young woman (played by Nahéma Ricci) who, after coming close to death, convinces a retired investigator (Stéphane Gagnon) to help her elucidate a suspicious affair that occurred three years earlier in her native village, which contains as many well-kept secrets as offbeat inhabitants, including a libidinous rocker (Éric Robidoux), a tough falconer (Larissa Corriveau), a local boss (Gildor Roy) and an exalted mayor/real estate broker (Dominique Quesnel) .
