TechOps will recruit 100 employees in Querétaro

Querétaro, Qro. TechOps Mexico, an aircraft maintenance company, issued a call to recruit 100 employees at its operations center in Querétaro.

The demand for the company’s personnel is related to the fact that aircraft maintenance services continue to be in high demand, since they are units that require revision even when they are not in constant overflight, explained the Secretary of Sustainable Development (Sedesu), Marco Antonio del Prete Tercero, who highlighted that up to Wednesday 250 applications had been received.

The requirements of collaborators, he said, is also a sign of the recovery process that the aeronautical industry is experiencing, after the contraction it experienced by the Covid-19 pandemic.

In the aviation industry, although production was stopped for obvious reasons, maintenance increased significantly because there are parts of the plane that, even if they do not return, have to be maintained, “he explained.

The chosen people will go through a three-month training process, to later enter production at the plant; assured that competitive salaries will be offered.

Among the requirements is that they have at least the educational level of high school and basic knowledge of the English language.

This massive recruitment is coordinated by the state secretariats for Sustainable Development and Youth (sejuve).

Those interested in participating must register in advance at the following link and attend in person, complying with current sanitary measures, next Monday, October 25, at the Nuqleo facilities from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

TechOps began operations in the state in March 2014, as an Aircraft Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Center (MRO) of Delta Air Lines and Aeroméxico Group.
