York Regional Police are working to identify a suspect after a 12-year-old girl was sexually assaulted in a restaurant in Aurora.
Investigators say the incident occurred around 6:45 pm on Thursday at a restaurant in the area of Earl Stewart Drive and Bayview Avenue.
It is alleged the girl entered a public washroom at the establishment and was sexually assaulted by an unknown male
The suspect is described as an Asian male with a medium build, police say he possibly has mobility challenges. He was last seen wearing gray pants, a gray and beige vest, a plaid long-sleeved shirt, and glasses.
Police have also released images of a suspect vehicle.
