Success in the Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation Summit 2021

For the third year in a row Salinas Group, through Red Social Azteca, made the Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation Summit, an essential event for all those entrepreneurs who want to know what’s new in trends and listen to the best sustainable and sustainable advice.

The 2021 edition, which took place yesterday Thursday, in virtual mode, had the participation of personalities such as Jadav Payeng (renowned Indian activist), Deborah Dana (Pink Basket), Roberto Martinez (youtuber), among others, who witnessed the inauguration of the Center for Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Business (CIEN). For the cutting of the ribbon, the governor of Puebla was present, Miguel Barbosa, Ninfa Salinas Sada, President of the Board of Directors of Fundación Azteca, Brian Young, Managing Director of the British Council Mexico, Olivia Solomon, Secretary of Economy of the government of Puebla and Antonio Dominguez, CEO of Fundación Azteca.

During her speech, Ninfa Salinas highlighted the importance of social enterprises for the attention and solution to the real problems that afflict our country. “Civil society has the responsibility to organize and learn to be sustainable, learn to transform,” said the businesswoman.

He thanked the British Council, since through the Active Citizens Program the Summit’s mission has been strengthened, as well as the Governor of Puebla Miguel Barbosa for his commitment to the social work carried out by Fundación Azteca in favor of the country.

This year the Summit had new allies such as Impact Hub, Social Lab, Bimbo, Totalplay and Industria Mexicana de Coca-Cola.
